Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Associate located in Brooklyn, NY. The Purchasing Associate will be responsible for managing and creating purchase orders, utilizing analytical skills to evaluate suppliers and pricing, effectively communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and overseeing the procurement and purchasing process.
Qualifications
Purchase Orders, Procurement, and Purchasing skills
Strong analytical skills to evaluate suppliers and pricing
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Knowledge of supply chain management principles
Experience in the food or manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
